Please do your research before renting from Glen Manor Apts. I was there for 3 years, 2014-2017. Started off great. Went down hill fast with new owners. Don't believe the hype! Watch out with your Yes Energy bill, check your charges. Watch out for insects, rodents, bedbugs, etc. I had a dog and getting them to keep the grass cut because she was little was an issue. Beware! The office staff starts off nice then turn on you when you have complaints. I was never, ever late paying rent or my utilities and they gave me a 60 day notice to leave probably because I wanted things done properly, I was never given a reason why. So renters beware of this place. Noooooooo!! Runnnnnnnnnnn

After living here for 2 years, I moved out in March of 2016. Honestly, if you don't mind mice coming in and out of your stove, bats flying into your apartment though vent in the middle of the night and having to pay animal control to come remove the bat because the call service didn't consider it an emergency, holes in the ceiling from leaks being left for weeks on end without any maintenance, your packages possibly being tampered with, fights and police activity through the development, but instead your rent going to mindless cosmetic upkeep like painting the building and the wall by the train tracks, then by all means, you're home.

When I first moved to glen manor back in 2014 I was pleased and fascinated with the place. Neighbors were nice and the environment was friendly. It wasn't until a new lady came into the office and she started letting anybody move in. Cops were popping up more and the smell of weed was always in the hallways. Moving out was the best decision I made because the value of that area is going down as well as glen manor ratings.
